I recognize the need for you to find a counselor who will listen with acceptance, understanding, and compassion.  I endeavor to provide an environment that is comfortable for you to share your concerns.

My counseling practice includes specialties such as: (1) couples experiencing distance from one other, disagreements/arguing, communication difficulties, infidelity, or intimacy concerns; (2) individuals of all ages experiencing relationship difficulties or stress/worries at school, work, or home; (3) women seeking improved confidence/self-worth or seeking renewed direction following a breakup or divorce; and (4) families experiencing conflict or parent-child concerns. 

I believe everyone has their own, unique experience, and I genuinely seek to understand their story. With a genuine passion for helping clients find balance, connection, and healing, I enjoy collaborative exploration of the options and solutions to clients' concerns. My values of acceptance, respect, and trust together with my upbeat personality offer clients a positive counseling experience.

I offer fee-for-service counseling to persons with or without insurance, and I offer evening appointments.  Also, a sliding fee is available to persons in need of a financial break.
