My counseling practice includes specialties such as marriage counseling; counseling for couples; counseling for individuals experiencing stress, worries, relationship concerns; counseling for women seeking improved confidence/self-esteem, experiencing relationship issues, or seeking renewed direction following a breakup or divorce; counseling for teens and young adults experiencing relationship difficulties, forming/refining their individuality, or exploring ambitions/goals; and counseling for families experiencing disconnect, parent-child concerns, blended family issues.
In my leisure time, I enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, camping, country drives in my dad's Model A, renting movies, blizzards at DQ, taking my dog for a walk, exploring bookstores and antique stores.
