I provide supervised counseling for individuals, couples, and families. I counsel children 6th grade+ in the context of family counseling.

My counseling practice includes specialties such as marriage counseling; counseling for couples; individuals experiencing relationship difficulties or stress/worries at school, work, or home; counseling for women seeking improved confidence/self-esteem or seeking renewed direction following a breakup or divorce; and counseling for families experiencing disconnect, parent-child concerns, blended family issues. 

In my leisure time, I enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, camping, country drives in my dad's Model A, renting movies, blizzards at DQ, taking my dog for a walk, exploring bookstores and antique stores, and laughter anytime of the day.
